Role Overview

We are seeking experienced female disability support workers to join our team, providing support and care to clients with high intellectual support needs.



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients with complex needs, including personal care, domestic duties, and medical support
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement individualised Behaviour Support Plans
  • Participate in online and on-the-job training to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a supportive and family-friendly work environment driven by strong values


Requirements

  • Cert III in Individual Support or Cert IV in Disability Support
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • NDIS Orientation module (NDIS Quality Safety & You)
  • Working with Children Check
  • Driver's Licence
  • Ability to support a young child with an intellectual disability and high behaviours
  • Availability to work various shifts, including passive sleepovers
  • Ability to drive participant's vehicle
