Operations Excellence Manager

This role drives data excellence and team transformation within mortgage servicing operations. It oversees the backbone of NextGen's mortgage servicing capabilities, collecting and validating critical product data that powers business decisions across lending, credit assessment, and customer servicing.

The Operations Excellence Manager will transform our data operations while leading team rehabilitation and performance improvement. Key responsibilities include providing technical oversight of mortgage servicing calculations, lending policies, and credit assessment methodologies, as well as partnering with development teams to formalise data collection processes.

Key qualifications include at least 3 years' experience in mortgage, lending, or financial services with a deep understanding of home loan servicing calculations. Proven team management experience with the ability to drive individual and team improvement is also essential.
