Process Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Process Improvement Specialist to join our operations team. As a key member, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and streamline processes across our business.

Your primary responsibility will be to apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify opportunities, eliminate waste, and foster a culture of excellence and operational efficiency. This includes leading process improvement projects using DMAIC, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and other relevant tools.

You will work closely with departments to align efficiency improvement initiatives with overall business objectives. Additionally, you will train and mentor employees on Lean and Six Sigma principles, creating a culture of continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
  • Analyze current workflows, systems, and processes to find gaps and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Implement best practices and tools to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) across operations, customer service, and fleet management.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Lean or Six Sigma roles, preferably in financial services industries.
  • Proven track record of leading AND implementing successful process improvement projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification (preferred).
