Operational Excellence Manager

We are seeking a Senior Operations Leader who can drive strategic growth, improve operational efficiency and enhance productivity. The successful candidate will lead our team with integrity, set the direction for operational success, ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
The Role- Lead operations to achieve corporate objectives and long-term goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, cost performance and quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build strong relationships and engage workforce, community and industry partners.
A senior operational leader is required to manage the day-to-day activities of the mine, overseeing safety, sustainability and compliance initiatives. The role involves providing strategic leadership, driving innovation and delivering results.
About You- Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role within open cut coal mining.
- Strong record of delivering results in safety, production and cost management.
- Strategic acumen with ability to translate vision into execution.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated and results-driven individual with a strong track record of leadership and operational excellence. They will have a proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, collaborate with teams and drive business outcomes.
