Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the operations team, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and streamline processes across our car leasing business.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Lean or Six Sigma roles, preferably in financial services industries. You will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field, and possess a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, etc.) to identify inefficiencies, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.

You will analyze current workflows, systems, and processes to find gaps and recommend data-driven solutions. Additionally, you will implement best practices and tools to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) across operations, customer service, and fleet management.

Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Lead process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
  • Analyze current workflows, systems, and processes to find gaps and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Implement best practices and tools to improve KPIs across operations, customer service, and fleet management.
  • Hold ownership for the business process repository and ensure processes are published with the right sign offs in place.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in Lean or Six Sigma roles, preferably in financial services industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
