Operational Excellence Manager

Our organization seeks a seasoned leader to oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, standards, and procedures across multiple sites. As Operational Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for driving safe, compliant, and high-performing operations.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading incident investigations and partnering with regional leadership to drive HSE performance improvements.
  • Cultivating a strong safety-first culture through coaching frontline leaders and delivering HSE training programs.
  • Overseeing audits and compliance assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Representing the organization in industry forums, community stakeholders, and before regulatory bodies.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in a senior HSE role, with a proven track record of influencing HSE culture and demonstrating exceptional leadership skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 systems.
  • Accreditation in Rehabilitation and Return-to-Work Coordination and relevant security clearance.
  • Commercial mindset with ambition to progress into broader operational responsibilities.
