- Develop and implement streamlined processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Drive financial performance through effective planning, cost control, and budget management.
- Foster a high-performance team culture, empowering employees to deliver results.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements, embedding a Zero Harm culture.
- A degree in Engineering, Business Management, or Trade Certification.
- Proven leadership experience in operations management.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with a track record of delivering operational results.
- Knowledge of industry equipment and best practices.
