Role Overview

The role of Regional Business Growth Manager is pivotal for driving new business and strategic sales in the NSW South region.

As our Regional Business Growth Manager, you will manage a portfolio of accounts, drive new sales opportunities, and support national accounts as required.

This dynamic role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent organisational, time management, and prioritising skills who can work autonomously while bringing together customers and internal departments to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Meet annual sales targets through new business development and existing customers, primarily manufacturers in the food, dairy, beverage, and industrial products industries.
  2. Prospect for new opportunities through cold calling and generate new customer relationships within the assigned territory.
  3. Execute high-level daily face-to-face customer interaction.
  4. Grow territory revenue and market share and achieve sales targets.
  5. Develop a sales plan that effectively and efficiently covers all accounts/verticals.
  6. Manage existing customer accounts and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience in sales forecasting and negotiation skills.
  • A clear understanding of the market and competitors.
  • Experience with customer and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to uncover clients' needs through a consultative approach.
  • Experience in lead and funnel management.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Sales-driven, results-oriented, and a team player.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Tertiary studies in Business or equivalent business experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of industry sales experience in the related industry.
  • Ability to accurately maintain a CRM (Salesforce.com).
  • Experience selling software solutions with hardware is advantageous.
