The Sr. Director of Global Outbound is a critical role at Movable Ink, responsible for creating a predictable and consistently-growing global sales pipeline across North America, EMEA & APAC. This position requires a strategic thinker who can lead the outbounding team, identify opportunities for growth, and develop a multi-product outbounding philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a global sales strategy to drive revenue growth and pipeline development
  • Lead the outbounding team, providing guidance and direction to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Business & Revenue Operations, to analyze data and implement new initiatives
  • Collaborate with sales management and executive leadership to understand organizational priorities and drive results
  • Develop and maintain a robust tech stack, ensuring the team is properly enabled to use it and that it is fully adopted
  • Partner with product marketing to develop content strategy and messaging for the outbound team

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of SaaS experience in sales, marketing, and/or direct outbounding
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience with direct experience hiring, developing, and promoting global business development leaders at scale
  • Proven track record of delivering impact across all outbounding functions in all regions
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in enterprise outbounding systems
  • Expertise in identifying key trends and actionable insights from various data sources
  • Passion for innovation, creativity, and developing the careers of your team

Compensation:

The base pay range for this position is $165,000-$175,000/year, which can include additional on-target commission pay/bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Stock options and other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
