Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of blue-chip customers, providing strategic sales and business development expertise to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
  • Sell leadership development solutions into new organizations within A&NZ, leveraging your expertise and relationships to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Partner closely with the LD Solutions Director, SDR, and team of CT&M Sellers to develop and execute sales strategies that meet and exceed revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of year-on-year growth across your portfolio, with a strong ability to analyze local market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Superior strategic prospecting skills, with a deep understanding of what we do and what we believe in, and the ability to simplify complex solutions for educated customers.
  • Strong customer and results orientation, with a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Domain knowledge: ideally, knowledge and experience selling Leadership Development or HR-related service solutions.
