This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside Australia's best and brightest minds and contribute to the delivery of project objectives across our electricity generation portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide close support for Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance projects across the Gas and Renewables portfolio.
  • Support CAPEX and outage projects, ensuring they are delivered in accordance with the Project Management Framework.
  • Work closely with the Project Delivery Team and other key stakeholders to support the administration of projects and systems.
  • Develop resource and outage plans relating to program delivery, program reporting, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate across project teams and work with external stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery.
  • Administer the Project Management platform (Amplify).

Requirements:

  • Effective project controls skills.
  • Understanding and experience with project and program management principles.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Project/Business Management, or Engineering discipline.
  • Certification from the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Chartered status (e.g., CPEng, CPA, CPPM) is desirable but not mandatory.
