About the Role



We are seeking an experienced Simulation Program Coordinator to lead our NetworkZ program at Alfred Health. As the key administrator of this innovative simulation-based training initiative, you will play a pivotal role in elevating patient outcomes during surgical procedures by enhancing safety and efficiency of care.



Key Responsibilities




  • Coordinate Program Calendar: Plan and organize NetworkZ sessions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Effective Communication: Engage with faculty and participants, providing clear information on session details and preparing necessary documentation.
  • DATABASE MANAGEMENT: Maintain organized storage of course documentation, technical guides, scenarios, and simulation delivery documents.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Set up and participate in regular meetings with stakeholders, preparing agendas and meeting requirements.
  • Timeline Management: Ensure realistic timelines to meet program targets and milestones.
  • Multimedia Communication: Develop strategies to reach staff and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Leadership Demonstration: Exhibit leadership qualities such as vision, openness, flexibility, and integrity contributing to the program's success.


Qualifications/Experience Required




  • Tertiary qualification in a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in a program coordination or management position desired but not essential.


Salary Package



This part-time (64 hours per week) fixed-term appointment comes with a competitive salary of $70,000 - $80,000 per annum, plus benefits including salary packaging, discount health insurance, and staff parking.
