Program Officer for Indigenous Communities

Oxfam Australia is seeking a Program Officer to join its First Peoples Program Team, providing support across the program including to the Executive Lead and to Program Staff.

The RoleThis role provides administrative and project support to staff, acts as the central contact and communications point for the Unit, and strengthens stakeholders relationships internal and external.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level administrative and project support to all staff, including coordination and upkeep of communications.
- Support the delivery of gatherings and events, meetings, logistics, financial and administrative functions, community and participant liaison.
A base salary of $76,548 plus superannuation, superior leave benefits, access to generous non-for-profit salary packaging program (up to $18,450 of your salary tax-free), cultural leave, superannuation matching, and a positive work environment.
