We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Personal Assistant to join our Risk & Compliance Team in Melbourne. As the first point of contact, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our senior leaders, ensuring a seamless and efficient working environment.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in providing professional administration support to senior leaders within a medium to large-sized organisation. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite, SharePoint, P2P systems, and travel booking platforms.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support, including diary management and appointment scheduling
  • Additional administration assistance, including finance administration, travel coordination, and general administration
  • Coordinating new starters to the Risk & Compliance team, including onboarding programs
  • Providing logistical support to the wider team, including room bookings and catering requests
  • Preparing presentations, spreadsheets, and documents
