About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Council Liaison Officer to provide administration support for our Regional, Executive and Full Council meetings in the NLC regions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for record keeping, logistics and travel support.

What You Will Bring
  • A Certificate IV in Business Administration, Event Management or similar qualification, or a related field and/or a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a similar role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to work with a range of computer software products, in particular Office 365, Word and Outlook.
  • High level cross-cultural, interpersonal and verbal communication skills with an ability to effectively liaise, engage and coordinate across an organisation and to build productive working relationships with work colleagues, constituents and external stakeholders.
Benefits
  • A base salary of $66,333 per annum plus 14.5% superannuation and salary sacrificing up to $15,900 with additional Meal Entertainment and Holiday Accommodation benefits up to $2,650 per year.

    • District allowance starting at $2,630 per annum for individuals and $4,797 per annum for those with dependents.
