We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to become a key member of our team in Darwin, Northern Territory. Our company, Pritchard Francis, is committed to delivering exceptional services and projects.

As a Project Leader specialising in Land Development, you will be responsible for leading projects from technical design and documentation through to completion on site. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Civil infrastructure design including subdivisions, industrial and commercial projects with a strong focus on professionalism, client delivery, and innovation.
  • Leading projects from technical design and documentation through to completion on site, determining construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
  • Continually monitoring changes to designs, assessing effects on cost, measuring, valuing, and negotiating variations to designs.
  • Delivering professional services ensuring that projects are delivered to program, budget, and to the highest quality standard.
  • Practicing safety in project design and delivery, supported by quality checking and verification activities.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaising with and coordinating various stakeholders including clients, local councils, and authorities.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Civil Engineer, preferably with local Darwin and Northern Territory project experience.
  • The ability to work accurately and efficiently within a busy client-focused team.
  • An undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering and CPEng or equivalent charted status is preferred but not essential.
