The Role

This strategic role will focus on developing and implementing a comprehensive employee engagement strategy, driving enterprise-wide culture initiatives, and fostering a positive work environment.

  • Design and deliver engaging cultural programmes that drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to cascade results, analyse sentiment, and inform action planning.
  • Support the implementation of innovative listening platforms and tools.
  • Develop and manage vendor relationships for listening tool procurement.
  • Provide actionable insights and reporting to senior leaders, regulators, and monitors.

About You:

  • Proven experience in delivering large-scale culture and engagement programmes.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong growth mindset with experience in coaching and mentoring others.
  • Familiarity with HR technologies and survey platforms (e.g. Qualtrics, Peakon, CultureAmp).
