People Leadership Role
\We're seeking a visionary leader to shape and drive our organisational culture, workforce planning and people strategy. This pivotal role will lead our workforce and industrial strategy, driving impactful initiatives that support organisational performance and sustainability.
\The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop a high-performing, values-driven workforce of up to 800, including volunteers and consumer representatives.
\Key responsibilities include:
\- Shaping and embedding a positive, inclusive and high-performance organisational culture\
- Leading a talented People & Culture team, influencing strategy and operations across the organisation\
- Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to align people strategies with organisational goals\
- Making a tangible difference to the employee experience and overall organisational performance
