Organisational Culture Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our organisation's people and culture strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering a framework that promotes exceptional workplace culture, engaged teams, and high performance.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in human resources or a related field and possess technical competence in generalist HR, including performance management, change management, talent management, recruitment, succession planning, leadership development, remuneration, and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a people and culture strategy that drives business outcomes
- Liaise with stakeholders to understand organisational needs and develop effective solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in people and culture
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in human resources or a related discipline
- Technical competence in all facets of generalist HR
- Experience in building a people and culture framework from scratch
- Able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation
- Excellent attention to detail in HR administration and reporting
