The AI Workforce Specialist is a creative and experienced new business solutions seller who will drive complex deals and influence new opportunities by engaging with key decision makers. They will understand customer priorities and articulate the value proposition of M365, including Copilot and Windows 365.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive solution sales best practices and craft strategies that differentiate and challenge customers with creative solutions.
  • Accelerate opportunities with creative strategies and storytelling that address customer challenges, leveraging core team stakeholders and Partners.
  • Lead conversations with business and IT decision makers, sharing best practices and competitor knowledge as a subject matter expert.
  • Deliver excellence in territory planning, business analysis, and forecasting.
