Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialised case management and clinical support to individuals and families affected by Huntington's Disease
- Coordinate care across community, inpatient, and outpatient settings
- Provide education and therapeutic interventions to patients and their families
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support services to ensure holistic, person-centred care
Requirements:
- Registered as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Current knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and practices in mental health services
- Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in mental health nursing, including assertive case management and crisis intervention
