About the Role

The Community CYMHS Northwest team delivers assessment, treatment planning, and community leadership services for children and young people in Tasmania. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will undertake assessments, care planning, and delivery of individual and group secondary level mental health interventions. You will also develop and support collaborative care partnerships with service providers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality mental health services to children and young people in a multidisciplinary team setting.
  • Undertake comprehensive assessments and develop care plans for clients.
  • Deliver individual and group secondary level mental health interventions.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with service providers to ensure continuity of care.
  • Contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives and professional development processes.

Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight. The salary range is $106,570 to $112,440 per annum.
