**About the Role:**

As a Retail Associate - Customer Experience Expert at Zoomo, you will be the face of our company at our Brisbane site. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our customers, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience when interacting with our e-bikes and services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Be responsible for the seamless operation of the store's front-of-house, including opens and closes.
  • Ensure our customers have an awesome and seamless in-person support experience.
  • Walk customers through the onboarding process and all safety requirements.
  • Help customers troubleshoot any issues they experience with our e-bikes.
  • Meet sales goals by selling our products to customers.
  • Continuously look at how to improve processes and procedures within the store.
  • Stay on top of new Zoomo policies, procedures, and programs that affect customers.
  • Be our customers' biggest advocate, ensuring you provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Work in close partnership with the bike mechanic team.

**Requirements:**

  • Work a regular full-time roster of 38 hours per week.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or operations environment.
  • Confidence and ability to work autonomously and deliver results.
  • Fantastic communication skills and customer service skills.
  • Ability to create good relationships with peers in other city locations digitally and by phone.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to learn and use online systems.
  • Capable of multitasking or working under pressure from customers.
  • Able to identify, solve issues, and take ownership to resolve them.
