Job Responsibilities

This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of store operations as a Retail Associate (aka Front of House superstar). Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring seamless 'front-of-house' operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Providing an exceptional in-person support experience for riders
  • Guiding riders through the onboarding process and safety requirements
  • Troubleshooting issues riders encounter with our e-bikes
  • Meting sales targets by promoting our products to riders
  • Continuously improving processes and procedures within the store
  • Staying up-to-date with new Zoomo policies, procedures, and programs affecting riders
  • Delivering excellent customer experiences to Zoomo riders
  • Collaborating closely with the bike mechanic team ('back-of-house')
  • Working in partnership with the Country Operations Manager to effectively manage the store
