JLL is committed to delivering exceptional facilities management services, and we're seeking a skilled Reception and Facilities Coordinator to join our Sydney office team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a passion for providing outstanding customer service and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
About the Role:
- Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client expectations
- Meet and greet clients and contractors, guiding them through the sign-in process
- Cover the reception desk, maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area
- Coordinate bookings of meeting and conference rooms
- Support the broader facilities team in planned and corrective maintenance
- Issue access cards and assist with security processes
- Manage incoming and outgoing courier deliveries
- Act as the key point of contact for event tickets
- Manage office supplies
Requirements:
- Prior experience in concierge, events coordination, hospitality, or related fields
- Friendly and welcoming personality
- Well-organized and efficient
- Enjoy being part of a team that provides excellent facilities management
- Embrace the client's culture with a positive outlook
