Facilities Coordinator

JLL is seeking a dynamic Facilities Coordinator to join our onsite team in the Sydney CBD.
This role combines facilities and reception duties, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to our client's workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as on-site point of contact for facilities issues
- Manage reception area, creating a welcoming environment
- Operate switchboard and maintain phone systems
- Greet visitors, manage access passes, and book meeting rooms
- Oversee mailroom operations and general office duties
- Manage facilities requests using client software/database
- Assist with health & safety management and risk management
- Support procurement and vendor management processes
- Assist with financial processes and purchase order management
Requirements:
- Experience in corporate reception, facilities, or property management
- Strong customer service skills with a client-centric approach
- Professional presentation and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines
- 'Can-do' attitude and adaptability to various tasks
