Reception Coordinator

We are seeking an exceptional Receptionist & Office Coordinator to join our team at Campos Coffee.
This is a permanent full-time role based at our HQ in Banksmeadow, where you will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality first point of contact with our company.
As the Receptionist & Office Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, handle customer service enquiries, and provide general administrative and IT troubleshooting support.
You will also be responsible for operating and replenishing reception retail, and assisting to coordinate HR initiatives, internal and external events, meetings, and catering.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer enquiries
- Operate and replenish reception retail
- Assist with coordinating HR initiatives, events, meetings, and catering
- Provide general administrative and IT troubleshooting support
