Partale is a boutique recruitment practice that offers a range of HR and recruitment services to SMEs. We pride ourselves on tailoring fit-for-purpose solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients and their workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Draft job descriptions, job ads, and post online to relevant job boards.
  • Screen applications, conduct phone screens, and reference checks.
  • Manage the LinkedIn Recruiter seat and execute talent searches for clients.
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating our ATS, Workable, and capturing key data and insights.

Talent Management

  • Coach managers through the recruitment process and educate them on salary ranges, candidate capabilities, and market expectations.
  • Partner with clients to ensure access to market mapping products, candidate assessment tools, succession planning sessions, and benchmarking data.
  • Set up key talent and recruitment metrics to capture business success.
  • Lead education initiatives and upskill/coach managers and people leaders.

What You Need to Succeed

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition, sound knowledge of related legislation, and capability in Microsoft Office. Strong writing skills, advanced LinkedIn Recruiter experience, and SEEK Premium talent insights search experience are essential.
