Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scientific Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Scientific Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent in the STEM industry, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and Recruitment: Search for and screen candidates to meet our clients' needs.
  • Candidate Management: Conduct consultations with candidates to understand their background, motivators, and career direction.
  • Client Management: Work closely with clients to meet their needs as a recruitment partner of choice.
  • Placement and Negotiation: Negotiate and facilitate the successful placement of candidates.
  • Networking: Contribute to the wider STEM industry by attending industry events and participating in industry bodies.
Requirements
  • A tertiary qualification in Science.
  • Friendly and professional communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills with experience using a CRM or similar.
  • Drive to learn, develop, and achieve targets.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management, prioritizing skills, and attention to detail.
