About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sustainability Advocate to join our team at Real Pet Food Co. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will play a critical role in promoting and implementing sustainable practices across our sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement energy reduction initiatives, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings and sustainability improvements.
- Work closely with external partners to ensure efficient utility use and compliance with environmental standards.
- Provide training and support to site teams on energy-saving practices and sustainability initiatives.

What You'll Need

- 3+ years of experience in facilities management, with a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
