Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment: Maintain and grow a network of hiring managers and talent.
  • Business Growth: Support your network as a true recruitment business partner and help them headhunt talent to build high-performing teams.
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage client relationships and deliverables.
  • Talent Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with talent.
Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 4+ years' experience in agency recruitment (Business Development, Candidate Management & Job Management).
  • Strong proactive sales experience.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and delivering results.
  • Strong evidence of billing capability.
  • Collaborative nature.
  • Hungry to grow and thrive.
