We are seeking a seasoned Senior People Partner to lead the delivery of our people strategy in a key division. This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior, strategic HR leadership role delivering real impact, with an initial 5-9 month contract and strong scope for extension or conversion to permanent.

This role has arisen due to internal restructurings as a result of acquisition and scaling. It is genuinely an exciting time to be joining our organization.

The Role

As a trusted partner to our Group Executive and Senior Leadership Team, you will lead the development and execution of our people plans that directly support business objectives. You will head up a dedicated squad to deliver strategic initiatives across the employee lifecycle - from workforce planning and organisational design to talent, culture, and complex employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, providing commercially minded, solutions-focused people advice.
  • Lead organisational design and change initiatives aligned to business strategy.
  • Drive strategic workforce planning to anticipate and address future skill needs.
  • Partner with People Practices to design and deliver initiatives that strengthen culture, capability, and the Employee Value Proposition.
  • Oversee complex ER/IR matters, investigations, and dispute resolution.
  • Use data insights to inform decision-making and measure the impact of people initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of risk awareness, compliance, and continuous improvement.
About You

Significant experience as a senior HR business partner or people leader in a complex, matrix environment is required. Proven expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, and culture change is essential. Strong ER/IR knowledge with experience managing complex cases is also necessary. Exceptional relationship-building, influencing, and stakeholder management skills are crucial. Commercially astute, data-driven, and confident operating at executive level is expected.
