About the Role

We are seeking a Senior People and Culture Manager to join our newly created Partnering Team. This role is pivotal in driving strategic HR initiatives, workforce planning, organisational design and transformational change across growth channels and enabling functions (Finance, IT, Legal, P+C, Operational Excellence). Your impact will be felt through coaching, operational support, data-led decision making and spearheading cultural and performance transformation projects.

About You:

  • Proven HR Business Partner and/or Organisational Development experience, ideally within FMCG or complex, fast-paced environments
  • Strong commercial acumen and employee relations expertise
  • Demonstrated history of driving accountability and cross-functional collaboration
  • Skilled in leading change and transformation projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practices
  • People leadership experience highly regarded
