Job Title: Strategic Change Leader

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Change Leader to lead the execution of change activities required to implement a sub-domain's strategic roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of change management programs across multiple departments.
  • Develop and implement effective change strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to teams undergoing organizational change.
  • Mentor and coach direct reports to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in change management with a focus on large-scale transformational programs.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and influencing relationships at a senior level within an organization.
  • Strong understanding of organizational design, process improvement methodologies, and people transition processes.
  • Able to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
