Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within our target markets.
You will work closely with our sales teams to develop and execute account plans, identify key decision-makers, and build relationships to drive revenue growth.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the software or solutions sales industry
- Proven track record of establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams
- Ability to produce new business, negotiate deals, and maintain healthy C-Level relationships
- Experience achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- The ability to understand the "bigger picture" and our plans around IT
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
