In this role, you will play a key part in the upgrade and rollout of people technology for the ANZ region, ensuring seamless HR system operations.

This hands-on position involves full project lifecycle activities, including project planning, capturing processes and data, participating in cross-functional workshops, providing input to configuration, testing, and go live/launch, to improve our people systems and data both during rollout and post go live.

As part of our wider People & Organisation team, comprising over forty-five members from Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and Reception departments, you will be part of a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain HR systems for the ANZ region, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide expert support
  • Contribute to project coordination and stakeholder management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration

The estimated salary for this role is approximately $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
