About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to drive continuous improvement, compliance, and operational excellence within the HR team at Symal Shared Services.
Your Impact
As HR Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining HR processes, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring seamless HR service delivery across the business.
Your Daily Responsibilities
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the development, implementation, and optimisation of HR systems and processes
- Ensuring efficient handling of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery and operational efficiency
- Developing and tracking key HR metrics, providing insights to leadership for data-driven decision-making
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in HR operations, with strong knowledge of compliance, employee data management, and HRIS systems
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee the delivery of key HR functions like performance and remuneration cycles, audits, and onboarding/offboarding processes
- Strong analytical skills to track HR metrics and reporting
- An understanding of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR matters
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
