Your Impact


As HR Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining HR processes, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring seamless HR service delivery across the business.


Your Daily Responsibilities


Key responsibilities will include:



  • Leading the development, implementation, and optimisation of HR systems and processes
  • Ensuring efficient handling of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery and operational efficiency
  • Developing and tracking key HR metrics, providing insights to leadership for data-driven decision-making

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Proven experience in HR operations, with strong knowledge of compliance, employee data management, and HRIS systems
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee the delivery of key HR functions like performance and remuneration cycles, audits, and onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Strong analytical skills to track HR metrics and reporting
  • An understanding of employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance in all HR matters
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
