The Opportunity

ThompsonCook, a leading accounting firm, is seeking a highly skilled Payroll/HRIS Implementation Specialist to lead the implementation of their new HR & Payroll system.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in payroll/HRIS implementation, excellent knowledge of payroll compliance, EBA's and awards, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Key responsibilities will include the successful implementation of the new payroll/HRIS system, identifying and advising on project lifecycle, and ensuring accurate award and EBA interpretations within the payroll system.

Requirements:

  • At least 200+ payroll size experience
  • Excellent knowledge of payroll compliance, EBA's and awards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Immediate start required
