About The Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will combine traditional HR coordination duties with a focus on HR data and analytics. You'll play a vital role in managing and analysing HR data to support decision-making across the business, while also handling typical HR tasks like onboarding and inductions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR coordination around onboarding and induction.
  • Build and maintain HR reporting capabilities to improve the quality and accuracy of HR data.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to enhance HR operations and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Prepare reports on key HR metrics such as headcount, payroll data, and WGEA reporting.
  • Ensure the accuracy of HR systems through regular data audits and compliance checks.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

  • 2+ years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to HR data and analytics.
  • A strong desire to build your data analytics skills.
  • A proactive, self-starter approach, with a focus on improving HR operations using data insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of engaging employees and contributing with enthusiasm to HR projects.
  • A flexible and adaptable attitude, with a willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
