We are seeking a highly skilled HR Systems Specialist to join our team at Melbourne & Olympic Park.

As an HR Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our people systems and streamlining our HR processes.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and support our People & Culture team with critical administrative duties across the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our people systems, including system configuration, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Identify opportunities for improving HR processes through automation and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with HR and other teams to implement solutions.
  • Manage employee data, ensuring it is secure, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to support decision making with HR metrics and analytics.
  • Provide technical support to system users.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency and support the effective use of HR technology.
  • Evaluate and implement security measures to protect sensitive employee information.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS administration or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with relevant HR/people systems.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data management practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support and train system users.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
