Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team in a full-time capacity. As a key member of our banking team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Building strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive outreach
  • Providing personalized advice and guidance on banking products and services
