Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will have the following skills:

  • Conducting capacity planning, performance monitoring, and tuning of infrastructure components.
  • Implementing new releases, investigating issues, and installing patches to ensure technology infrastructure stability and availability.
  • Providing escalated support and technical assistance, monitoring issue resolution, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Assisting in the design of backup and recovery procedures, planning and undertaking effective Disaster Recovery and testing procedures.
  • Undertaking problem determination and root cause analysis to implement permanent corrective actions.
  • Planning, reviewing, and critiquing proposed changes and implementing infrastructure changes successfully.
Required Skills

We're looking for candidates with:

  • 6 years of experience in Data Centre technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Data Centre Network, DCNM tool, and EVPN understanding.
  • Extensive experience in Routing, Switching, Infoblox, DNS, and Gigamon.
  • Experience in network operations.
Preferred Skills

Additionally, we'd love to see:

  • Experience with SD WAN understanding.
  • Sound Networking skills in Cisco.
  • Hands-on experience with Routing, Switching, Infoblox, DNS, and Gigamon.
  • Can-do Network Design documentation.
  • Strong Implementation/Build capability.
