Role Overview
This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and managing technical based training programs that support employee growth and career development within our Learning & Development team and wider P&C business unit.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the CDC Academy's mission to elevate employee expertise and career development, maximising our investment in areas like employee engagement, promotions, apprenticeships and cross-functional transitions.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop, administer, and enhance the CDC Academy's curriculum, resources, and delivery methods to ensure they align with organisational goals and industry trends.
- Collaborate with teams to design and implement technical based L&D solutions addressing specific business needs.
- Manage the functionality and accessibility of the Learning & Development system for all employees.
- Provide expert advice to Line Management on L&D policies, programs, and best practices.
- Collaborate with external vendors around technical capabilities into the CDC Academy, bringing ownership for the training course and modules internal.
- Track training materials and competency signoffs to ensure compliance and accountability.
Requirements and Qualifications
This role would suit candidates from either a technical based L&D background or somebody that comes from a strong technical background (data centres, electrical, refrigeration, HVAC etc.) looking to move into an L&D/training capacity.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to collaborate with the wider business and external stakeholders to achieve learning strategy outcomes.
- Australian Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 Security Clearance.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including opportunities for professional growth and development, flexible working arrangements, and a comprehensive rewards package.
