Support Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals.

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for providing individualized support to clients in accordance with their care plans. This includes assisting with daily living activities, such as eating, dressing, bathing, and grooming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized support to clients, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care plans and progress
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional boundaries at all times

Requirements:

  • Certificate 3 in Individual Support or higher
  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
