Job Description

This role is part of our team at an Accommodation Centre in Rockhampton, providing accommodation and Medical Equipment Hire services to clients. We aim to create a welcoming environment for people from rural and remote areas receiving medical treatment and supporting their recovery.

Responsibilities
  • Listen and offer a friendly voice to support recovery.
  • Assist with administrative functions using MS Office or similar packages.
  • Work as part of a team with reliability, initiative, and minimal supervision.

We require you to commit to at least one shift per week on a regular basis (weekdays – mornings & afternoons) and list your availability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, or similar packages.
