Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Reward Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support in administering the remuneration review process, undertaking market benchmarking as required, and supporting the communication of company benefits to employees throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the remuneration review process, including participation in project planning and execution, system configuration and testing, developing and presenting related communications, and generating remuneration review statements.
- Undertake market benchmarking as requested by the business, maintaining an accurate register of the market benchmarking framework, engaging with managers in relation to market benchmarking, submitting salary survey data, and attending salary survey events to keep up-to-date with market trends.
- Support the communication of company benefits to employees through each stage of the employee lifecycle, including responding to reward queries and monitoring the reward mailbox.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient using all products of MS Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong numerical skills, organisational skills, and ability to work flexibly and under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong technical aptitude and resourceful approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Competencies/Skills:
- Business degree in HR, economics, or management-related discipline, or equivalent college diploma.
- Proven reward analyst experience, with experience working in large corporate environments and matrix organisations with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of salary surveys and reward trends, best practices, and future directions.
- Working knowledge of HRIS, preferably Workday, and some knowledge of insurance and/or financial services desirable.
