About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Sales and Business Development Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with builders and contractors, and managing pricing approvals, credit terms, and customer contracts.

Key requirements include:

  • Delivering on sales targets and expanding the Interior Systems portfolio
  • Building strong relationships with builders and contractors to drive repeat business
  • Managing pricing approvals, credit terms, and customer contracts including renewals and rebates
  • Tracking competitor activity and developing growth strategies with key customers
  • Using CRM software to manage pipelines and customer data effectively

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development or account management, with a background in the building industry or technical sales. They should be comfortable engaging with the technical aspects of construction and have a strong understanding of market segments, channels, and competitive landscapes.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent time management and organisational skills, as well as experience working with installation sub-contractors and related services. Additionally, they should be able to generate market insights and present compelling cases for change.
