About this role: As a Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal part in driving business growth and ensuring customer success within your designated territory. You will be responsible for executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and meeting ambitious growth targets, all while acting as the on-the-ground representative of our organization.

You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to address challenges and drive solutions. This role requires a proactive and hands-on approach, with a focus on both expansion and long-term customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Sales & Customer Success Expertise: Proven value-based sales experience with a strong history of creating opportunities, closing deals, and building lasting customer relationships.
- Beef Industry Experience: Knowledge of beef operations, including understanding the unique challenges of the industry.
- Attitude: A natural ability to make those around you better, thrive under pressure, and own results.
You will need to demonstrate resourcefulness and quick thinking when managing a large territory with a balanced focus on sales and customer success. Frequent travel within your territory is required to engage with customers and prospects.
