As a Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving profitability, fostering a positive work environment, and coaching your team for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve commercial goals.
  • Manage store operations, including financial planning, inventory management, and visual displays.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through exceptional product knowledge and store experiences.
  • Lead and develop your team through regular feedback, motivation, coaching, and development.
  • Ensure a safe working environment and promote adherence to best practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
About the Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous retail management experience with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage a trusting team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
  • Confidence and organisational skills to delegate tasks and roles effectively.
  • Experience servicing both trade and retail customers and growing a business.
  • Strong business acumen, including understanding profit and loss statements, inventory management, and expense control.
  • Ability to handle conflict and work under pressure.
  • Paint/surface coating industry knowledge would be advantageous.
