
Sales Growth Expert

As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and securing new business through cold calling and prospecting. This role requires strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.
- Proactively manage and grow an existing client portfolio by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while actively managing your sales pipeline.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and convert new business opportunities while leveraging existing relationships to drive growth.
- Experience using CRM systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Background in construction, operations, or pest management (highly regarded).
- Confidence in cold-calling and planning sales activity across the metropolitan area.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Current and valid Australian driver's licence.
